A hidden gem with friendly vibes
The outdoor jacuzzi was a lovely surprise. The staff, especially Dani at reception, were always eager to help. The pool area was immaculate, providing a serene atmosphere despite being centrally located.
Our first night was disrupted due to loud entertainment from a nearby bar. It would be great if they could improve sound insulation in the hotel rooms.

The breakfast options were repetitive and didn’t quite hit the mark, tending towards processed offerings that left much to be desired. Add to that the pool area felt cramped, lacking the space needed for relaxing without feeling sardined in. Noise was an issue, especially at night, with sounds from the street piercing through poorly soundproofed walls, which didn’t make for the best sleep. The parking situation was inconvenient, with a 10-minute walk required to reach the car after check-in, and it left me feeling misled about accessibility. Finally, the cleanliness of the outdoor areas could use some attention. a bit of sprucing up would go a long way to enhance the inviting atmosphere.

I was really impressed by how quick the staff were to help with our late check-in and how much I enjoyed the sauna and heated pool during my stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety. If you get a chance, definitely try the massage service – it’s a perfect way to unwind! 😊

Check-in at Cleopatra went smoothly. Arrived before 3pm, and our room was ready, which was a nice surprise. The interconnecting rooms made it easy for my family. The spa bath added extra fun for the kids. We spent plenty of time by the pool, often having it to ourselves. Staff always had a smile and helped with any queries. the breakfast options left much to be desired. The food tended to be salty and processed. Coffee machines were often out of order, leading to long lines. The pool area needed some attention. tiles were showing wear. The walk to the parking was inconvenient, especially after check-in. We also faced some noise disturbances at night, which affected our sleep. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the sauna was a nice bonus.

Couples seeking relaxation
The staff was really helpful, especially this blonde lady at the front desk. She went above and beyond when we needed directions to the beach, taking her time to mark all the best spots for us. The pool area was always quiet, we even had it to ourselves for a good part of our stay
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the value we received.
